What began as a grassroots effort to amplify the voices of concerned Saskatoon residents has now grown into a powerful movement. A Better YXE is dedicated to advocating for a city council that prioritizes fiscal responsibility, transparency, and the core needs of our community. Your support has been instrumental in building this organization from the ground up.
Building a Strong Community of Supporters
We are proud to share that our social media accounts have reached over 150,000 accounts of engaged supporters who share our vision for a better Saskatoon. Our online community is active, vocal, and ready to hold our city leaders accountable. Together, we’re making sure that residents’ voices are heard loud and clear.
Major Wins: Shaking Saskatoon’s Council
Mayor Charlie Clark and Councillors Serena Gersher, Hilary Gough, David Kirton, and Mairin Loewen have decided not to run for re-election. This opens the door for fresh leadership that truly reflects the priorities of Saskatoon residents.
Billboards Raising Awareness Across Saskatoon
In September, we launched a successful billboard campaign across Saskatoon, raising awareness about the need for responsible governance and encouraging residents to ask the tough questions of their city council candidates. This visibility has helped us reach even more people and strengthen our impact.
