Our Why
A Better YXE, is a grassroots organization dedicated to amplifying the voices of Saskatoon residents who believe in common-sense governance, financial responsibility, and prioritizing the needs of our city. We want to ensure that City Council listens and takes action on your concerns, the concerns coming from the voice of the people.
We are independent and not affiliated with any political party—our mission is solely to ensure that our city’s leadership stays accountable, transparent, and focused on the real priorities that matter to you.
We want YOU to Vote
In Saskatoon’s 2020 Election we had a record low voter turn out, less than 30%. This means that the majority of Saskatoon voices were not heard and are not being represented by our Council.
Our Mission
We believe that Saskatoon’s city council must focus on core priorities like maintaining infrastructure, providing quality public services, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Our mission is to drive the conversation toward solutions that make sense for everyone—from better roads and responsible zoning to smarter public transit and fair taxation.
We are driven to give a voice to the thousands of citizens demanding accountability and common sense in our local government.
